Work will include:

• Jet washing & pressure washing
• Window Cleaning – Traditional & Pole-fed
• DOFF Steam Cleaning
• Render and Cladding Cleaning
• Biocide treatments
• Signage and Canopy cleaning
• Drain cleaning
• Softwashing

Tasks will include:

• Carrying out exterior cleaning tasks to a consistently high standard on commercial and residential sites
• Operating jet washing, pressure washing and steam cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Setting up and using water-fed pole systems for window and façade cleaning
• Working safely at height using ladders, MEWPs and other access equipment as required
• Preparing surfaces correctly before cleaning and applying treatments such as softwash or biocide solutions
• Following risk assessments, COSHH guidelines and all on-site health & safety requirements
• Keeping equipment clean, maintained and correctly stored at the end of each shift
• Representing the company professionally on-site and interacting courteously with clients
• Completing job sheets and reporting any issues or damage to your supervisor

What we are looking for:

• Reliable, punctual and hard-working with a positive can-do attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions throughout the year
• Physically fit — the role involves lifting equipment, working on your feet and occasional working at height
• Able to work as part of a team as well as use your own initiative when needed
• A full UK driving licence is desirable — some sites require travel in a company vehicle
• Previous experience in cleaning, construction, landscaping or a similar outdoor trade is an advantage but not essential
